The Centre for SEELS has been established with the purpose to serve a coordinative and administrative role within the Network. It is in charge of the overall management, coordination, PR communication, quality assurance and fund raising for the SEELS. It also implements the SEELS Annual Operational Plan as approved by SEELS’ Management Board and it fosters communication and cooperation of SEELS with other similar programmes and activities, in particular those carried out with the support of the EU.

The seat of the Centre for SEELS is the Iustinianus Primus Faculty of Law at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia.

The Centre currently employs a Programme Manager who works under the leadership of the Manager of the Centre.  Prof. Dr. Zdraveva is the Manager and the  General Secratary  of the Centre.
