The Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) within the framework of the Open Regional Fund for Southeast Europe (ORF) – Legal Reform and South East European Law School Network, prepare the 12th Regional PIL Conference: 

“Private International Law on Stage – National, European and International Perspectives” in Zenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina) on 23rd and 24th October 2015. 

 The Conference will gather the experts in Private International Law in the SEE region and in Europe who will discuss the following subjects:

 1. Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements (2005);

 2. Regulation (EU) No 650/2012 of 4 July 2012 on jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement of decisions and acceptance and enforcement of authentic instruments in matters of succession and on the creation of a European Certificate of Succession;

 3. Reform of national PIL codifications in the region.
