Intern, Meeting Assistance Unit – OSCE Secretariat
Necessary qualifications:
• Applicants should be under the age of 30 and from an OSCE participating State;
• Students in the final year of higher education (university or other accredited institution) at graduate or postgraduate level, i.e. within one year of graduation, or recent graduates or postgraduates, with a background in international relations, human rights, political science, media and communications studies or related subject;
• Working experience with international organizations/internships would be an asset;
• Professional fluency in English with excellent drafting and reporting skills; knowledge of other OSCE working languages would be an asset;
• Good organizational skills with ability to process and classify information quickly and efficiently;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
• Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and an ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and
activities;
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people from different national and cultural background,
while maintaining impartiality and objectivity.
