In 2014, SEELS and Europa-Institute of the University Saarland were invited again to organize a joint regional summer school on European Law in South Eastern Europe, a project that was once again financed by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

The regional summer school on European Law in South Eastern Europe, which took place between the 31st of August and the 13th of September 2014, was hosted by the Law Faculties of the University of Rijeka and the University of Zagreb and financed once again by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Focused on the essentials of EU Law  29 graduates and master students from Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Germany participated. The regional aspect of this summer school was also reflected when lecturers are concerned, as it included professors from all SEELS member countries and professors form Europa-Institut. 

As a final product a reader that compiles all the lectures held at the summer academy, the literature for further reading and links to significant cases related to the lectures was produced.
