The 2nd Itinerant Summer University in the Balkans "Accession to the European Union and Identity of Balkans" in cooperation with Université franco-allemande/Deutch-Französische Hochschule, Université Paris Ouest and Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster has just been kicked off  at the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" - Skopje. The event was opened by their excellencies, the French Ambassador to the Republic of Macedonia, Ms. Laurence Auer and the German Ambassador to the Republic of Macedonia, Ms. Christine Althauser. The session will be continued in late October at, the Faculty of Law in Tirana and the Faculty of Law in Podgorica as SEELS members.
